1.What is Fair Usage
1.1. The Fair Usage Policy (FUP) ensures equal resource access for all clients on shared nodes.
1.2. We avoid hard artificial limits but reserve the right to intervene if one client's usage degrades others' performance.
2.Resource limits
2.1. RAM: within the plan's allocation. If you repeatedly hit the limit, optimize or move to a higher plan.
2.2. CPU: brief spikes to 100% are fine; sustained average load should not exceed ~50% of the allocated vCPU for long on shared nodes.
2.3. Disk (I/O): excessive sustained read/write that affects node neighbours may be throttled.
3.Traffic
3.1. Inbound traffic — no hard limit within reasonable use.
3.2. Outbound traffic — up to 10 TB per month per plan; exceeding it may lead to temporary speed throttling.
4.Disk space
4.1. Allocated disk is intended only for game-server files.
4.2. Using the server as file, media or backup storage is prohibited (see the Acceptable Use Policy).
5.Consequences
5.1. If limits are exceeded, we first send an email notice with recommendations.
5.2. If unresolved within a reasonable time (usually 24 hours), the server may be temporarily throttled or suspended to protect other clients.
6.Avoiding limits
6.1. Optimize plugins/mods, limit heavy mechanics and farms, and watch the metrics in your panel.
6.2. If your project consistently needs more resources, upgrade to a higher plan and the limits lift. We're happy to help choose: support.
