How migration works

What we need from you

Tell us your current host, server type and contact info. We'll request access (SFTP/archive/link) — that's it.

SFTP, archive, or download link — whatever is easiest. We never ask for personal account passwords.

We migrate and verify

We upload files, adjust configs, start the server, and verify TPS and logs.

You log in and play

Everything is in place. We stay available for 48 hours after the move.

Migration FAQ

How long does migration take?
Usually 1-4 hours depending on world size. Large modpacks with big worlds may take up to 24 hours.
Will I lose data during migration?
No. We don't delete data from your old host until you confirm everything works. You can always roll back.
What if something doesn't work after migration?
We stay available for 48 hours after migration. If something goes wrong — we fix it for free.
